Make sure you are communicating with the maid service or house cleaning company. One of the key factors in working with a cleaning company is that the office staff is not there. So, don’t rely on the cleaners to get your message through.
Remember the old game we played in school where one person would say something then whisper it to the next person until it got back to the teacher. It was never what the teacher started with. The same thing with us - please give us a call in the office for scheduling, special requests, etc…. this will make your experience with a cleaning service or maid service much better.
